Question: Are they like cinnamon rolls ?
Answer: Cranny Granny’s Sweet Rolls are cinnamon rolls yes but better then any other cinnamon roll you’ve ever had.
Question: Do they travel well?
Answer: Yes they travel well. We even offer shipping for the sweet rolls and they arrive in great shape with the same great taste you would get in store. Each shipment of sweet rolls or even our walk ins receive a reheating instruction to go along with their sweet rolls just in case they are saving them for later.
Question: So is everything on the menu a cinnamon roll ? Do you offer other baked good items?
Answer: We only specialize and offer gourmet cinnamon rolls. So every flavor you see from the banana pudding to peach cobbler to cookies n cream and so on are all the cinnamon rolls.
Question: Are there any sugar free or gluten free options?
Answer: Unfortunately we do not offer anything sugar free or gluten free. Possibly in the future but as of now we are focusing on our classic and vegan sweet rolls.
Question: Are there any vegan options ? How many vegan options?
Answer: Yes we offer 6 different vegan sweet rolls. They are nut free, egg free, dairy free and any type of animal product free.
Question: Is this a franchise or is the one store ?
Answer: As of right now we only have one location but our short term goal is to franchise Cranky Granny’s Sweet Rolls. In the mean time if you live in another location outside of Austin we do offer shipping nationwide. Question: Do you offer catering?
Answer: Yes we offer 24 mini sweet roll boxes but if you need more then that we can accommodate of course . Catering orders can be taken here on crankygrannys.com or in store.
Question: Are the regular/classic sweet rolls nut free?
Answer: Yes they are nut free except for the chocolate peanut butter and wet walnut sweet roll.
Question: Is it a long wait ?
Answer: We make all of our sweet rolls from scratch and baked throughout the day every day. We prepare your sweet rolls right in front of you after placing your order to be sure your sweet rolls are as fresh as possible for you. Each sweet roll takes 30 secs to 1 minute to prepare. Normally it is not along wait depending on how many people are in-front of you and how many you ordered .
Question: Do you offer delivery ?
Answer: We offer delivery through third parties, Doordash, Grubhub and Uber Eats.
Hours Of Operation?
We are open Wednesday-Saturday 11am-8pm and Sunday 12p-6p but hours are subject to change depending on if we are participating in an event/festival.
